Just a quick word to thank you for all your assistance with all the arrangements.
Also to say that Tony was a great ambassador for your firm and handled everything with great care and efficiency.
Even when a couple of minor things went off schedule (not his fault at all), with the service timing, he stepped in and quietly told the attending Priest what was happening, and things moved on.
Tony showed lots of empathy and quietly herded us around where we should be.
